Cindy Jones-Nyland
Cindy is an experienced executive leader, strategic advisor, and professionally certified executive coach. With a demonstrated history as an executive in both public and private sectors, Cindy a unique blend of expertise in technology and social impact agendas. As a seasoned executive and strategic advisor, Cindy has witnessed the transformative power of guiding individuals and teams towards unlocking their true potential, fostering authentic connections, and building a future that aligns with core values.
Nilesh Morar
Nilesh has a unique blend of experience as an executive in the opportunistic real estate private equity space, a biological and agriculture engineer, macroeconomist, and a social innovator. He has extensive experience in leading global projects and managing key executive and board relationships from entrepreneurial start-ups, NGO's, and middle market to Fortune 500 companies and has been involved in both buy and sell side M&A as a CFO. As an engineer he has conducted research on wastewater treatment technology, the growth of leafy greens in hot and humid climates, and has worked with local governments on infrastructure projects. Nilesh seeks to apply his experiences to solve complex problems creatively in the areas of liminal leadership, regenerative futures, ESG programs, and social inequality.
Mandy Hornbuckle
Mandy is a passionate strategist and multi-business owner with more than 15 years of experience using creativity, experimentation, and strategy to bring teams together and drive business growth. She is obsessed with creative problem-solving and fostering psychological team safety, an expert in workshop facilitation, experience design, and fostering collaboration.
